Orders & Shipping:

• Orders are shipped through USPS and UPS depending on where you are located.
• Shoe orders are all custom made and take 1-2 weeks to be shipped out.
• All US orders have a standard shipping rate of $3.00. All international shipping is calculated at checkout based on location.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Due to the customization of shoes I do not accept returns or exchanges. I highly recommend if you don't know your size, to try on shoes in the store before placing your order to avoid any issues with sizing.

 Customs & Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Care Instructions:

All shoes are sealed with a water resistant, crack resistant finish. Please be sure to HAND WASH ONLY to protect the art.
